Yoga Offerings

 By listening to our body and establishing a connection with your energy and intuition you can learn to move mindfully, build strength, endurance and flexibility to help you on your journey to achieve greater health. Jennifer has been practicing yoga for fifteen years and teaching for ten. She teaches vinyasa, hatha, yin and nidra with pranayama/ breathe work weaved through out her classes. She practices sound healing and offers sound healing and meditation experiences.  Jennifer completed her 200hr Ytt studying under Brenna Hatami, Derik Eselius, and Nova Lovero of Denver yoga underground (Pattahbi jois lineage). She is currently completing her 500hr YTT studying under Michelle Young, Tara cleven, and Ana Pilar.  You can expect spontaneity and creativity in her sequencing and transitions providing classes with mindful and energetic flows and the opportunity to connect into sensation in the body
